Terms and Conditions for WEAVE art festival
1. Introduction
Welcome to the WEAVE art festival. By purchasing tickets and attending the festival, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase and Admission

Ticket Purchase: Tickets can be purchased online through our official website only. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Entry: You must present a valid ticket to gain entry to the festival. Wristband will be provided at the entrance and must be kept at all times within the festival grounds.

Re-entry: Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband.

All-Day Pass: Grants access to all activities in OBA and De Hallen Studio. Workshops are not included and require additional booking.

Workshop Tickets: Workshops require separate tickets that need to be booked additionally.

3. Festival Conduct

Behavior: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others and adhere to all festival rules and regulations. Anti-social behavior, including harassment or discrimination, will not be tolerated.

Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and any other items deemed dangerous by festival staff are strictly prohibited.

Photography and Recording: By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes.
4. Food and Beverage Stalls

Quality and Safety: Food and beverage stalls are operated by independent vendors. While we strive to ensure quality and safety, the festival is not responsible for any issues arising from food consumption.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Attendees are responsible for communicating any allergies or dietary restrictions to the food vendors.
5. Goods and Merchandise Stalls

Purchases: All purchases from goods and merchandise stalls are between the attendee and the vendor. The festival is not responsible for the quality or functionality of items purchased.
